Cooling Pad System – High Efficiency Evaporative Cooling Solution

Description: This unique design results in a highly efficient cooling pad that delivers outstanding evaporation performance while maintaining a very low pressure drop. The system minimises scaling and ensures no water carry-over by directing water to the air inlet side of the pad, where the majority of the evaporation occurs. The impregnation process for the cellulose paper guarantees a strong, self-supporting product with excellent absorbency, which is resistant to decomposition and rotting—ultimately enhancing its longevity. The distribution pad plays a crucial role in the complete system, positioned on top of the cooling pad. It ensures an even water supply to the cooling pad, reducing the risk of dry spots and optimizing overall performance.

Advantages:

    Water is circulated by a pump station and delivered to the top of the cooling pad. A distribution pad positioned on top ensures uniform water distribution across the pad. As the water flows down the corrugated surface of the EVAP-Pad, warm, dry air passing through the pad causes part of the water to evaporate. This evaporative process cools and humidifies the air, with no external energy needed for the evaporation.
